Commission of Inquiry for determining the political responsibility of holders of public office responsible for preparing and performing the counting of “The Erased” in 2003 and 2009 with regard to the allegation that the officially published results were modified to accommodate the political needs of certain holders of public office; for determining the political responsibility for the inadequate implementation of paragraph 8 of Constitutional Court Decision No. U-I-246/02-28 (ZIOdlUS246/02) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 135/03) in the period from the beginning of 2003 to October 2004 and in the period after 22 November 2008, the consequences of which include the creation of evident inequality before the law and jeopardising the public finance system; for investigating the alleged clientelism or corrupt conduct of certain state officials; and for investigating the alleged abuse of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Slovenia for political purposes in the period from the beginning of 2003 to October 2004 and in the period after 22 November 2008
Commission of Inquiry for determining the political responsibility of holders of public office with regard to the allegation that they have been involved in financing contentious management buyouts of the companies Istrabenz, holdinška družba, d.d. and Pivovarna Laško d.d. by mainly state-owned banks or credit institutions (credit institutions within NLB Group and NKBM d.d.), namely by abusing their political power to grant loans to members of the management bodies of the above companies and related legal and natural persons (so-called "shell" companies, financial holdings, etc.) for the purchase of a majority or predominant share of the company they have managed or still manage; and to determine the political responsibility of holders of public office with regard to the allegedly deficient or inadequate legislation on acquisitions facilitating the above contentious management buyouts
Commission of Inquiry for determining the political responsibility of holders of public office involved in the preparation and implementation of construction investments of public interest in the field of motorways and public infrastructure facilities construction financed from state budget funds, with regard to the allegation that the procedures and transactions were politically arranged and conducted in a non-transparent and non-economical manner, and with regard to the alleged occurrence of clientelism, corruption and interconnections among various operators involved in the preparation, public procurement and implementation of construction transactions and procedures of ownership transformation and management buyouts of construction companies, and in such regard for determining the alleged political responsibility of holders of public office and their role therein
Commission of Inquiry for determining the political responsibility with regard to alleged clientelism and corruptive conduct by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Gregor Golobič in obtaining considerable public grants and deals on public procurement for the companies of the Ultra group (Urbana city card, system for tracking and monitoring the buses of the public company Ljubljanski potniški promet d.o.o., fictive security services for the company Mercator d.,d., computerisation of students' meals supposedly provided by the company Margento R&D d.o.o., etc.) co-owned by Gregor Golobič, and in transferring electronic communications from the Ministry of Economy to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology; for determining the political responsibility with regard to the allegation that the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Gregor Golobič evaded taxes, unduly obtained the status of farmer to purchase agricultural land, and failed to fully report his material standing and the origin thereof to the competent authorities; for determining the political responsibility of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Gregor Golobič with regard to alleged avoidance of taxes in the Republic of Slovenia, parallel with his active involvement in increasing the tax burdens of the citizens of the Republic of Slovenia; and for determining the political responsibility with regard to alleged clientelism and corruptive conduct by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Gregor Golobič to obtain poorly-insured loans granted by the mainly state-owned NLB d.d. bank for the companies of the Ultra group
Commission of Inquiry for determining the political responsibility of holders of public office involved in the preparation and implementation of investments and in leasing, rental or other comparable transactions financed either from the state budget or from the budget of the Municipality of Ljubljana with regard to housing construction projects and the purchase of housing and associated garages or areas in the Municipality of Ljubljana, the projects for renovation and extension of the premises of the University of Primorska, the housing construction projects of the Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, the projects of the facilities of state interest, public facilities projects, the projects of construction investments of public interest financed either from the state budget or from the budget of the Municipality of Ljubljana, and the projects of construction investments of public interest in the area of "civil engineering in public health care facilities" (University Children's Hospital, Oncology Institute, etc.), with regard to the allegation that the procedures and transactions were politically arranged and conducted in a non-transparent and non-economical manner and with regard to the alleged occurrence of clientelism, corruption and interconnections among various operators involved in the preparation, public procurement and implementation of construction transactions, and in such regard for determining the alleged political responsibility of holders of public office and their role therein
Preiskovalna komisija za ugotovitev in oceno dejanskega stanja v zvezi z ustanovitvijo izdajateljev, izdajanjem in financiranjem brezplačnih tednikov Slovenski tednik in Ekspres, zaradi obstoja suma, da sta bila izdana z namenom vplivati na volitve poslancev v Državni zbor leta 2008, in sicer v korist političnih strank takratne vladajoče koalicije oziroma zaradi obstoja suma, da gre za njihovo prikrito (pred)volilno kampanjo oziroma financiranje političnih strank
